Sound familiar?

AI is at the top of the agenda. But where do you start?

Almost every company wants to get going with AI. Most get stuck on the same four things.

  1. 01

    Everyone does their own thing

One colleague uses ChatGPT, another Copilot, the rest nothing yet. There is no shared approach and no shared knowledge.

    3 tools, 0 agreements
  2. 02

    AI doesn't know your company

Your documents, client files and past projects live in Drive, SharePoint or Slack. The AI can't reach them, so everyone starts from zero every time.

    Every answer starts at zero
  3. 03

    Doubts about data and privacy

What can go in? Who sees what? Without clear agreements your team stays too cautious, or not cautious enough.

    What can go in?
  4. 04

No idea where the gains are

You know AI can save time, just not in which processes. Meanwhile, others are moving ahead.

    Hours a week, but where?

CaseRecent client · ChatGPT Enterprise

From scattered AI tools to one shared AI workspace.

Everyone in the company used AI, each in their own way and without access to the company's knowledge. We built a ChatGPT Enterprise environment connected to all their tools.

  • Every employee used a different AI tool
  • No access to shared documents or past files
  • Every answer started from zero, knowledge stayed in people's heads
  • Unsure what was safe to share

AI Act · Article 4

Since 2 February 2025, the AI Act asks for AI literacy across your team.

Companies that use AI must make sure their staff use it safely and sensibly. The law doesn't prescribe a specific course, but you need to be able to show it. Our training gives you a record of who learned what.

FAQ

Questions about AI in your company.

Your question isn't here? Ask Fekri during the intake.

Start with two or three tasks that come back every week, like quotes, reports or customer questions. Pick one AI tool for the whole team, connect it to your own documents and agree on what can and can't go into AI. Then train everyone on those concrete tasks. That way AI becomes a habit instead of one colleague's experiment.

Yes. Precisely because you don't have your own IT or AI team, a good start pays off. We begin small, with what saves time right away, and build from there.

It depends on the tools you already use. If you work in Microsoft 365, Copilot is often the obvious choice. If you work in Google Workspace, Gemini or ChatGPT usually makes more sense. We figure it out together in the intake.

Both are business versions of ChatGPT with a shared workspace, user management and connections to your tools. ChatGPT Business (formerly ChatGPT Team) is bought online and suits smaller teams. ChatGPT Enterprise goes through OpenAI sales and adds extra security, admin controls and support for larger organisations. In the intake we look at which one fits you.

Yes. Business AI tools can search Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Teams, Notion, HubSpot and more through connectors. The AI only sees files the employee already has access to. Which connectors are available depends on the tool and the plan.

With business versions like ChatGPT Business, ChatGPT Enterprise and Microsoft 365 Copilot, your data isn't used to train models by default. We set up access rights so employees only see what they're allowed to, and agree clear rules on what does and doesn't belong in AI.

Since 2 February 2025, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI systems to ensure sufficient AI literacy among their staff. The law doesn't prescribe a specific course, but you have to be able to show that employees know how to use AI safely and sensibly. Hands-on training for your team, with a record of who learned what, is a practical way to do that.

No. We handle the setup and the connections. Your team only learns how to work with it every day.

It depends on the scope. After the intake you get a proposal tailored to you. We like to start with a small, well-defined first phase.

Yes, anywhere in Belgium and the Netherlands. Remote works too.
